How did we get the job done when time is of the essence?
The problem to be solved:
The University of Texas at Austin had a facility in Houston for the Petroleum Extension, which they were moving out of. They were expected to be completed out by May 1st, 2019. CertaPro Painters of Central Houston was contacted to complete minor drywall repairs and wall painting for the entire facility of close to 23,000 square feet, in 4 days.
The Work:
We were able to obtain special pricing from the painting manufacturer, we quoted the project on Friday April 26th, we received the signed contract by UT same day and we started painting on Saturday April 27th. We were able to finish the project on time by Tuesday April 30th before 5:00 pm with our CertaPro quality of work and complete customer satisfaction. We were able to assemble a highly qualified painting crew with the proper equipment and technology in order to complete the project.
Final result:
Through our hard work, we helped the University of Austin avoid paying penalties and late-fees to the landlord, despite the time crunch, different color walls, and drywall issues in offices, classrooms, and even a warehouse. In all, we painted close to 23,000 square feet of space in just 4 days time, with no prior notice over a weekend. With Roller Sprayers and Spray rigs, our top-of-the-line painting crew did not sacrifice any quality in favor of the time restrictions that this project required.
